These tank tops are cotton blend and would be within the $10 budget, pending art information. Most any of the crew neck sweatshirts would be closer to $15.

Smaller quantities of dark cotton/cotton blend shirts with multiple color imprints and multiple locations are most economically done with transfers. Digital direct to film transfers will allow the best color, comfort and price.
There were two designs originally. Revised to just include the black version. NOTE: Artwork has been converted to CMYK vector for the front and back designs shown on the mock ups of the black shirts. This is ready to submit for production.

3 color imprint - 2 locations Digital direct to film transfers. NOTE: I had someone who wears a medium shirt try on all 4 of these. The DT6000 fits most like the BELLA+CANVAS shirt. The PC455 is a more traditional t shirt fit, but has a very soft feel. The DT104 was in between. You are welcome to take the 4 shirts for try-ons and consideration.
Turnaround Time
Transfers ordered by 11 am will be shipped the following business day. Ship time is two days. Time to press the shirts is typically 3 to 5 days.
Payment
Payment from business customers may be made by check, ACH or credit card
Typical new account terms are 50% deposit at time of order (this can be waived)
Typical ongoing customer terms are payment due on delivery of order
