We like the 2nd and 3rd designs. The 2nd for the front and 3rd in the back with never ending improvement tagline with AAU/USAV National Champions. 
Question: Do you want "Raise Your Standard" on the back with the AAU/USAV National Champions? So that you don't have "Never Ending Improvement" on both sides.

We can change the taglines to have both of them, one of them, or reverse the order of which one is on the top.

I will put the final version of what you want on a mock up of the proposed tee shirt for final approval.
