Working on the logo - have some suggestions
Note the logo for Venice has "STATE COLLEGE OF FLORIDA COLLEGIATE SCHOOL" under the logo. The manatee logo just says "COLLEGIATE SCHOOL"
The size of the letters will be very small, and while I have a good digitizing service that can do fine detail, this many letters in a 3.5" logo will be super small and may not be very legible. Graphically they won't have much impact.

Next, we need to look at color. We are going to have to put a background - white, if you want to be consistent with the current logo, and a border. Because the letters themselves get lost on the colored background of the shirts. Here are some examples.

To go to the bordered box, it will make production faster and easier and it will give a more uniform look across any and all shirt colors.
So this is the suggested design. If this concept is correct and what you want, then we would like to confirm the font used on the word "Venice" - Is it Trajan Pro?
We will send the logo to be digitized. This will give us a stitch count and we can then quote the price of the shirt. I am going to estimate that the final stitch count will be approximately 15K stitches. This will make it slightly less expensive than the manatee version. It would likely translate to $1 less per shirt. This is an estimate.
