Classroom brand offers the same items in youth and adult sizes, but is more expensive.
French Toast has very affordable sweater vests and cardigans, but no V-neck pullover and no adult sizes. They do go up as far as youth XXL (18-20) which is similar to adult small.
Sanmar has adult sizes that start at XS. They only have a vest and a V neck, no cardigans.

I was able to find another source that has adult vests, v neck and cardigans. They are a good brand and also bit less money than the other options. They are all available in sizes XS-3XL or more. Not available in youth, but French Toast is available for youth. Samples have been ordered.
