Billing: UA shirts - Team Connection Quote sheet below. Cost $16.57 per shirt, total $414.25 due at time of order. This order is placed and paid. I will follow up with printer to work toward ship date of December 8.
Customization - Uniform Solutions Plus sent the invoice for customization through PayPal. $12.42 per shirt total $310.50
Payable with CC when finished order is received.
