USP = Quality non-branded product. We buy, decorate, sell to clubs directly. We typically bill you when the product is delivered.
TC = Branded product. USP is the sales rep for TC. We work on commission. You pay the same price whether you buy from TC directly or through USP. If you go through USP we do more of the work for you. All orders for TC need to be paid in full at time of order.
