These are the embroidery proofs. The file on the top is an actual sew-out of the digitized file. The file is ready to go. The colors of the thread will be adjusted. The letters will be white. The water will be navy. We can lighten up the green a bit.  The image at the bottom is a machine-generated proof which shows the size of the logo.
