Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate / Operations Assistant to join our team. This role blends customer-facing retail work with behind-the-scenes production, order management, and eCommerce support.
The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with school, sports, and business uniform selections
Help customers choose appropriate sizes, styles, and customization options
Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for purchases, returns, and exchanges
Process custom apparel and promotional product orders from start to finish
Prepare and heat press shirts and other items (training provided)
Create, manage, and track work orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
Receive, unpack, and organize incoming inventory shipments
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking products
Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays
Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries professionally
Update and manage the company’s eCommerce website, including product listings and inventory
Assist with periodic inventory counts and general store operations
Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable using computers and learning eCommerce systems
Willingness to learn heat press equipment and production processes
Dependable, punctual, and a team player
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate boxes
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling with most weekends off
Additional hours may be available during peak seasons (e.g., back-to-school)
